Throughout my career as a clinician, supervisor, and educator, I have pursued advanced training with the same dedication I bring to my practice. My work is grounded in evidence-based modalities, trauma-informed care, and a commitment to affirming, inclusive practice for all clients. I continue to expand my skills through specialized certifications, workshops, and collaborations with leading experts in the field. I completed advanced and foundations level training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté. I also completed psychoanalytic training through the White Institute in the eating disorders program. Additionally, I also completed advanced clinical supervision training through Smith College School for Social Work.
