I offer therapy grounded in evidence-based approaches and shaped by deep respect for each person’s unique story. My work integrates both traditional and contemporary therapeutic methods — from mindfulness and self-compassion to psychodynamic and narrative therapies — always centered around collaboration, authenticity, and curiosity. Together we explore the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape your inner world to support healing, resilience, and meaningful growth.
“Without inner change there can be no outer change. Without collective change, no change matters.”
