I have devoted my academic and professional career to challenging myself intellectually and creating new opportunities for learning and training. I love the humility in not knowing and asking questions. I also love not being the expert in the room and continuing to challenge myself intellectually by being around experts who are smarter than me.
Having pursued two master’s degrees, one in advanced clinical social work from New York University and one in health law with distinction and high honors from UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), I will be graduating from a doctorate in social work program from Simmons University in the Summer of 2026.
As a social worker, expert eating disorder psychotherapist, and reproductive psychotherapist, supervisor, professor, consultant, and advisor, I maintain the highest level of up-to-date training and education possible, so that I can better meet my clients and their needs.
I have completed advanced training in eating disorders and expert supervision. I am also trained in many different treatment modalities, including DBT, narrative therapy, self-psychology, and feminist psychotherapy etc.
